1. Discovery Bundle:

2. Coaching Subscription:
A customized schedule of coaching sessions
- 30 or 60-minute sessions
- Weekly, bi-weekly, or every four weeks
- Minimum 4-month renewable commitment
3. Readings/Worksheets:
Tailored to fit your schedule and support your professional goals
4. Ongoing email/texting support
The minimum duration of the program is four months. After this initial period you can continue and/or revise your coaching subscription to accommodate your development goals.
Sessions can be scheduled at weekly, bi-weekly or 4-week intervals. Session schedules can be adjusted by the client as needed with sufficient notice. Cancellations of a session must be at least 24 hours in advance.
The Discovery Session is two hours long. (This can be split into two 1-hour sessions.)
The Assessment Session is 90 minutes long.
Coaching sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes long as agreed and set forth in the coaching agreement.
Yes. "Homework" is tailored to fit your schedule and support your professional goals.

You can cancel your coaching subscription at any time after explaining your reasons and providing performance feedback to your coach.

It is important to recognize that coaching is not a substitute for therapy.
Coaching tends to be more forward-looking and action-oriented. I trust your resourcefulness, willingness to look productively ahead, and ability to commit to your best version of yourself.
This doesn’t mean you won’t have ups and downs on the journey, we won’t consider factors that may be holding you back, or work on removing those barriers. It does mean you are able and equipped to make the changes you want to see.
On occasion I have worked with clients where we agreed that complementing coaching with therapy or other types of psychological or emotional support was a good step to take. This became a part of the client’s plan that I helped hold them accountable to.
