Leadership Accelerator Program
Elevate your leadership confidence, credibility, and capacity by 1) understanding the qualities that distinguish an executive or manager from an independent contributor or subject matter expert, and 2) developing and deploying a wholistic leadership mindset based on enhanced personal, relationship, organizational and eco-system awareness and skills.

2. Coaching Subscription:
A customized schedule of coaching sessions

The minimum duration of the program is four months. After this initial period you can continue and/or revise your coaching subscription to accommodate your development goals.
Sessions can be scheduled at weekly, bi-weekly or 4-week intervals. Session schedules can be adjusted by the client as needed with sufficient notice. Cancellations of a session must be at least 24 hours in advance.
The Discovery Session is two hours long. (This can be split into two 1-hour sessions.)
The Assessment Session is 90 minutes long.
Coaching sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes long as agreed and set forth in the coaching agreement.

It is important to recognize that coaching is not a substitute for therapy.
Coaching is forward-looking and action-oriented. As a coach, I hold my clients as resourceful, whole, and able to make the changes they want to see.
There may be opportunities in coaching where exploring past life experiences and/or old beliefs that are holding a client back, and working to remove these barriers, might help catalyze the client's growth.
If it becomes apparent that a client would benefit from deeper psychological or emotional work, my appropriate role is to suggest that complementing coaching with therapy or other types of psychological or emotional support might be advantageous for the client. If agreed, taking this step can become a part of the client’s development plan that I hold them accountable to.
